The biggest feature of Simplenote for Mac is its auto syncing with any website. Just jot down a note online while at work, then pull it up on your phone and there you have it. Simplenote for Mac is great for those who aim for best with any disturbances or extra-long menu options to divert their attentions. The content can be shared in two ways and also works on all major platforms, thus becoming a dependable note taking tool. It's a fair choice if simplicity is your concern.
It has no in-app purchases or upgrades. With no limitation for storage, it contains less risk and thus sounds good to use. However, it is not usable for uploads, multimedia or formatting, but just for texts.
Simplenote for Mac even saves backup versions where if you intentionally removed something from a note only to later realize you need it again, you can view all the past entries.
Users can edit and create documents offline, and then sync their content when online. This way, a user can work even where there is no net access without the worry of losing work.
With the most distinctive feature, contrary to other note apps out there, the developers of Simplenote for Mac chose to rely on third party apps and utilities; thus providing far more flexibility for users when it comes to creating and sharing notes, instead of building an entire desktop app for the Mac or PC.
Upon opening Simplenote for Mac, sign into your account or create one if you don’t have it. To start, you can email your note or print it, as well as sync it with your websites and PCs.
You can adjust many other options, like the Font Size, the Sort Order the number of lines to preview, the ability to detect links, etc., by going through the settings of the app. You can also lock access your notes with a passcode and the only feature request would be the ability to color-code notes.
